VILLA EXTERIOR
Look at our superb pool, garden, and patio area. A south facing aspect gives you all day sunshine from dawn ‘til dusk helping you make the most the fantastic Island climate. For sun lovers we have an electric heated 7x3m pool and 6 reclining sunbeds with shading umbrella.
Under our shaded pergola you will find a 6-seater dining table and a 3-seater sofa so plenty of room for up to 8 guests to spread out in comfort. The villa is very private being set in its own fully enclosed ground with new high solid walls and bright atmospheric wall lights all-round.
Heated pool
Enjoy your very own private 7m x 3m heated pool which cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. Steps
at shallow end with a pool cover
to retain the heat in winter months.
Garden
The garden is well maintained with planted and potted shrubs including our impressive Canarian Date Palms.
The garden and pool area is
enclosed for privacy and security.
Barbeque
Canarian style stone and concrete BBQ for tasty alfresco dining. Charcoal and fuel is available from all supermarkets in the town along with great quality meat and vegetables.
Furniture
There are 6 reclined sunbeds and a large shaded outside dining area with table and 6 cushioned chairs. A comfortable couch to relax in completes a spacious outside area.
Privacy
The garden & pool area is enclosed with a solid high wall. All-round external lighting provides a secure well-lit and safe environment for adults and children alike.
Off-road parking
We have a spacious driveway with private off-road parking for up to 2 cars or one mini bus. The villa entrance is enclosed by it's own locked courtyard for security.
